AF at Molesworth

Anyone here ever been there? I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be working at the JAC...I understand it's a very small base, population...can anybody give me any clues on what it's like there?

Pilgrim..I spent 4 fantastic years at RAF Chicksands in Bedfordshire. You will be stationed only about 40 miles from where I was. The country is beautiful. Cambridge area is fantastic. You have larger bases nearby. Stepping stone to Europe, Scotland, Ireland...Other than having to work, what more could you ask for at Uncle Sams expense. Enjoy your tour. Buy you a Mini, right handdrive, and have fun on the "wrong" side of the road....If you are a single guy, enjoy the local lasses...Get yourself a regular "pub" to go to and learn to throw "arrows"...You'll never be without friends..Good Luck.
