Big Eye Task Force in Taiwan

A few weeks ago I was asking for help to prove service in Vietnam and since then have received Allan's Air Force records showing he was sent TDY to Taiwan with the Joint Chiefs of Staff Big Eye Task Force in Southeast Asia. Now, I'm trying to get information on that Task Force to show he was in Tan Son Nhut Air Base, Vietnam.
Does anyone know a source to get this information?

Also, on all my TDY orders, there was a "departing station", "TDY station", and "return station". Do any of those list Vietnam?

Also, try to contact some of the people from the 552nd through the dean-boys website. They hold periodic 552nd reunions and might be able to corroborate your Vietnam service.

Big Eye Task Force

He is in contact with one of his friends from the 552nd who has written a statement for him, another friend we found is deceased, and he has looked at the names on the reunion and he found none who were familiar. I will however, follow the leads you have given me and am also searching the Air Force Historical "Society?" for lack of a better word, which is located at Maxwell AFB,AL.
Nothing in his personnel records say anything about Vietnam, although it refers to his participation in the Joint Chiefs of Staff "Big Eye" Task Force operation in Southeast Asia. That doesn't specifically say Vietnam though. I'm still searching.
