The Marine Executive Association (MEA) www.marineea.org is a national volunteer, non-profit organization of Marines who provide assistance in the career transition process to Marines transitioning from active or reserve to retired status; leaving the Corps at the end of tour; or moving from one civilian position to another. Our membership is composed of Marines from all Military Occupational Specialties and ranks (Enlisted, SNCO, and Officers) who have agreed to contribute their civilian job hunting and hiring experiences to fellow Marines of all ranks leaving active duty or seeking new employment.
