Please help my friend.

I am writing you as regards Mr. Dennis Gregory,a United States Army Disabled Veteran, having suffered brain trauma and other injuries in combat in Vietnam.
He is my room mate, and needs more help than we can render him.
Last Sunday, he went to the corner store to check his lottery ticket. When he exited the store, he was assailed by four young men, who took his wallet and shoved him to the ground before making their escape.
Mr. Gregory is 53 years old, and very frail. He already suffered from memory problems and is on many medications to control a variety of conditions as relates to his brain injury.
His attacher(s) shoved him to the concrete parking lot with such force as to require seven steel staples to close his serious head wound. He has been in terrible pain ever since this incident occurred. He is in the bed behind me now, where he stays, because the pain in his ribs won't let him move easily.
His attacker(s) left behind an excellent video of their evil. Please contact Tampa/Hillsboro County Sheriff's Department for details. The individual who shoved Dennis down has been arrested. "Crime Watchers" is offering $1000.00 for the identity of the remaining suspects. See the story and film footage at "TBO.Com", Fox 13 Tampa, and The Tampa Tribune. The main perpetrator is already in jail. He should never, never, never be released. A system that releases some one like this into society is seriously flawed and needs to be repaired.
If I understand this right, he is only 22 years old. He's been arrested 12 times and is always on parole. He is best known for, "assault with a deadly weapon", and his best so far has to be, "aggrevated assault on a pregnant woman".
Dennis, a decorated war veteran, who fought and suffered chronic, life long, injuries, so that this individual could be free; would like to call in all his markers at this time. Why is this guy free??? He's only served seven days in jail.......ever.
Dennis lives in a veterans home, he has no car, and was able to take the bus to his many appointments at the Veteran's Administration Hospital.
Since this incident, there are times that he doesn't know what a "bus" is. Dennis was a valuable part of our existence here, but now I fear his "normal" life is over. Please help Dennis!!
I live here with poor Dennis every day. He isn't improving, and I can't care for him. Would any of you please take time from your busy schedules to have a look at this situation.
