Just wanted to say Thank You. Seen an article on this site in either my VFW or American Legion Magizines. Checked it out and joined 5 months ago. I joined hoping to get in contact with old buddies that served with me, that has not happen as yet. But just, if not more important than finding old friends is making new ones. So far 2 fellow vets from Thailand has contacted me, 2 more who served in Laos at the same time as I and the 5th was one who served at Long Binh RVN. All 5 contacted me and we are conversing back and forth on an almost daily basis. To me, this site has been a great success.

I am very glad to hear that Veteran.com has been a great success for you. That is the reason I created Veteran.com - to help veterans connect and re-connect with other veterans. I have also made several friends off of this site, and have re-connected with 3 military friends I had lost contact with.
