VA Doctors Killed My Husband

On August 23, 2006 my husband who was rated at 100% disabled went to see him Mental Health Person to get help with the fact that after loosing his father had started drinking heavily even tho he was on Medication that stated otherwise. He had been a Alcholic since the age of 16. And had quit several time but had recently been told that his liver was in danger so he wanted to stop for good. Well his Mental Health Provider made sure of that He put him on Naltrexone my husband took his 1st pill that day after he had his blood work done. And he continued to take it All the way until July 17,2007. during this time he noticed that his joints were beginning to hurt and ache all the time On 7/17/06 he say his Medical Provider and wanted to find out what was going on. Medical Provider couldn't answer the question so he went to M.H. and asked to be taked off that Med. Now it is important to note that when he started with these providers in 1/2005 he was in good physical health. except that he was being treated for HBP and what was thought to be a poss. heart attack that was never proven and it was under control His Dr. here in Wichita after we moved took him off all heart and blood meds His Mental Health Provider then switched all his Mental Health Drugs around. My Husband DIED AUGUST 23,2007 ONE YR TO THE DATE HE STARTED NALTREXONE You see the Provider didn't tell us that he needed his blood tested monthly and that he could only be on that drug 3 mo MAX. But left him on it for nearly a yr. After doing research I found out this informatiion from the Drug Company. But that was After it was too late. Now the VA refuses to pay me DIC they said his death was not service connceted. But said that they would pay if we let them rule it SUICIDE. My husband was a loving husband , father, brother, uncle, friend and was to become a GRANDFATHER FOR THE 1ST TIME IN SEPT.2007 HE NEVER GOT TO SEE HIS BEAUTIFUL GRANDDAUGHTER.
I JUST WANT JUSTICE FOR HIM AND THE MONEY THAT IS OWED ME. I WANT TO SEE THESE PROVIDERS ANSWER FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE OR NOT DONE.
HIS DEATH WAS RULED ACCIDENTAL HOWEVER I KNOW IT WAS NO ACCIDENT OR SUICIDE
