Women In The Military

I have found that women in the military are some of the best people I've ever met.
When I was stationed with the Army in Long Binh in Vietnam there was a seperate compound for the WACS. I got to know some of these women.
Then, when I was in the Navy, I got to know some women there also who were just newly being assigned to serve aboard ships.
Conclusion?
The women I knew in the military were some of the most dedicated, professional people I've ever met. It seemed that they had to prove they were as good as the men at thier' jobs.
Well, as far as this man is concerned, they did it. Sometimes they were better at what they did than the guys. And the women that I knew never lost sight of the fact that they were women. They were still very feminine. Although it was a little difficult to walk down the gangway in high heels, they did it.
